Recruitment Counselors
During Fall Recruitment, everyone going through recruitment will be placed into “RC groups” each assigned with a Recruitment Counselor. RCs are there to be a resource, friend, and mentor guiding the Potential New Members(PNMS) through the recruitment process. Recruitment Counselors are affiliated women on our campus, however, are selected to disaffiliate for the week for your benefit. They are there to listen to you and give you an unbiased opinion and support when you are making a decision. Recruitment Counselors are there for Potential New Members from the moment they sign up and sometimes continue to support you through your college career.
